The evaluations received are subjective, detailed and updated with affairs. Every piece of feedback has proper rationale attached along with assistance in how to improve. It is not a unilateral "model answer" based approach for evaluation. Every bit of feedback is open to discussion and debate, also leading to alternative approaches that may fit the bill. As a mentor, Aashish has always been available to me, even for the silliest doubts and has created an environment where it is easy to reach out for doubts or clarifications.
